Meet Your Instructor

I’ve been behind the drum kit for over 40 years and teaching for the last 10. I studied under Dr. Norman Weinberg and recorded albums with bands like Melting Moses and Odifirous Funk. Along the way, I’ve opened for Jason Bonham and played countless gigs in Texas and Georgia.

My teaching blends structure with creativity. You’ll build strong fundamentals, but you’ll also have fun playing the music you love. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing advanced techniques like polyrhythms and double bass, you’ll find a rhythm that feels like your own.
